I’m a food loving no social social media living homebody. My most cherished titles are wife to my best friend(and high school sweetheart) and mom to 2 darling girls!

Alright now let’s get into why i’m here. It’s no secret social media is the thief of all joy.(ok, maybe that was a little harsh) you don’t need me to point out the fact that it’s the biggest time waster, comparison wasteland, reality distorter, emphasizer on all things that do not matter, destroyer of mental health..the list goes on…and guess what? You don’t have to be part in any of it!

That’s right, this decision, to leave social media and live your life offline, that’s in your control. I left social media 8 years ago and i’m here to encourage you to do the same! 
I’ve discovered this unseen joy, presence, peace, confidence, and so much more..through living my life offline. I want you to know it’s available to you too! Time to get honest with yourself about social medias role in your life. There's a good chance it’s taking more from you than it will ever give. That’s just not fair, you(and those coming after us) deserve better...
